Very easy to make and it’s not hard to try to remember the ingredients.

1 cup sour cream
1 cup crushed pineapple
1 cup miniature marshmallows (if my memory serves me correctly she always used the colored variety pack)
1 cup shredded sweetened coconut
1 cup mandarin oranges
