Greetings and welcome to my blog. Thanks to my sister-in-law at aeriskitchen.com I have decided to give this a try. I am hoping to share with you recipes that I enjoy as well as well as some restaurants. Interests: I want to continue to grow as a Christian and build my relationship with God, cycling is really the only sport I do anymore – typically 20-50 miles as often as I can (roadie), love the outdoors – hiking, camping, travel etc., I recently have been spending time taking photos and painting. I also want to make certain my sister-in-law can cross off wanting to have a cookbook from her wish list.
