Hi everyone! Sorry I haven’t been keeping up with my blog I have been very busy and am pleased to give you a sneak peak at the cookbook for my wonderful sister-in-law, Aeri. Keep in mind, this is just a taste of things to come. It is still a work in progress and the layout might change by the time it is printed. It will take a while to have the cookbook ready to publish but hopefully you will be seeing it soon on aeriskitchen.com.

wow, aeri is going to have a book out soon!! cool, i luv it. very neat and clear cut. ur sis-in-law is going to be famous. really can’t wait for it. i hope i can get hold of it soon^^

I too await this book, the book signings and the talk-show circuit (the work doesn’t end when the book comes out). A minor proof-reader point: for Potbingsu on page 25 – steps 6 and 7 read the same; it looks like step 6 should be the adding of the sticky rice cake.
